Hello, I would really appreciate it if I may have a professional conversation with someone who work in player support. I'm afraid they don't have enough staff to speak with every displeased player. The best thing they can do is review each case in order at their convenience, and if they do implement direct chat feature then chances are you'll have to line up for days on standby before it gets to your turn.

Okay thanks for this, and it's not necessarily for me, a couple of my competitive players have been unfairly targeted and i just wish i could talk to someone
