Some questions about the punish system.

I've got some questions to ask you about the punish system. I've tried to contact riot but after a while they stop responding me.

  1. When/Where do you agree with the Summoner`s Code?
  2. In my ban ticket, you are saying that 0.006% of the players got permabanned. It means that you've banned 69000 players from league. Why can't you even think of changing this auto punish system. It bans players for nothing.
  3. What is the list of words that desides if you are going to get a chat restrictions or 2 week ban. I was perma banned after a 2 week ban. I remember that I got the 2 week ban because I went Mordekaiser top and got a bad game. So my team flamed me for feeding and reported me. I got the perma ban for writing something I didn't mean to write- "kys". Now I thought that the definition of the word is "keep it simple" with this writing error. Then I looked in the internet and searched the definition of the word and I know why I got banned. I've wanted to get to diamond or challenger on this account. I've wanted to open a youtube channel like all this youtubers: Tilterella, Nightblue3 Darkk Mane, MagikarpUsedFly, Gosu, professor Akali etc. I've tried to write to riot several times but they gave me the same answer- they are not going to unban my account. I've spent 5 years on this account, playing 5 hours a day. I've know that you guys will say- "Why didn't you stay careful on this account if its so important for you?". I've been in a rough game with 2 trollers. I've tried to stay as calm as possible this game.   1. You agree to the ToS and Summoner's Code when you create an account, when you install the patcher, and when you open the patcher after it has patched each time.

  2. This punishment was not for nothing, as you were explained in multiple other threads.

  3. There is no list that corresponds with a specific punishment tier. There are things that can cause you to skip punishment tiers, such as telling someone to kill themselves or hate speech. However, your punishment is not based only on the severity of the chat, but also based on the frequency and pattern over time of your negativity. For this reason, it's possible for someone to use hate speech once, get a 14 day suspension, never do it again, and never be punished again. It's also possible for someone who is consistently negative like yourself to reach a permanent suspension even if you never use extreme toxicity.

Hopefully this answers your three bulleted questions for you. I'll also point out that it's obvious you knew what "kys" meant. You didn't use it to mean "keep it simple". Please stop lying to us to try and gain pity - accept your punishment and the consequences of your actions.

When you first create your account and every time the client is updated when you log in.

2.In my ban ticket, you are saying that 0.006% of the players got permabanned. It means that you've banned 69000 players from league. Why can't you even think of changing this auto punish system. It bans players for nothing.

It does not ban players for nothing, it bans players for consistent and excessive toxicity. Also, that is 0.006% of accounts that have been perma banned, this stat doesn't take into account number of concurrent unique players, only accounts. Generally speaking, players who get perma banned either reform, stop playing, or continue getting more accounts banned.

3.What is the list of words that desides if you are going to get a chat restrictions or 2 week ban.

Anything that is excessively toxic like hate speech or encouraging self harm will net you an escalated 14 day ban right off the hop.

You don't seem truly toxic to me. It seems to me like you just don't understand how to effectively get cooperation from teammates, so you end up tell them to play right, but in the wrong way and instead end up just angering them.

What I think you need is to learn how to use more effective rhetoric when trying to get your teammates to do what you need/want.
