Curse Legality

So my question is if Curse is legal to use now? If it isn't, I would like to report myself for using the program in an attempt to salvage my account from a ban wave later. If any reds/blues (i guess now) have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I would prefer to handle this now then later.

Never heard of a ban wave and curse is in compliance with league of legends terms of use
