14 day ban for cussing and asking why my teammates aren’t going in ???

I don’t understand why on my first ban EVER!!! On this account was ban for 14 days!!! For me cussing and saying why can’t we go in and to leave the walls when a poppy kept hitting them into walls. Like this is so unfair since this is the very FIRST offense I ever got on this account which these account was made like a year after the game was born. I feel like a 24 hour ban was acceptable but 14 days !!! After all the time and money I have put into this game and I get a 14 day ban for some silly stuff like this isn’t right and I feel my ban was misjudged. Can we please fix this ? Hate to quit one of my favorite games after some silly crap like this after I put in $1000s of dollars into this game.

So two things:

First, please provide chat logs if you would like community input on what may have caused the issue.

Second, usually the system follows as such. 10 game chat restrict. 25 game chat restrict. 14 day ban Perm.

If you skipped chat restricts, you may have done more than cuss.

Well I said f%g that in a part of my cussing sorry if that was the big killer word right there... like when did we become so soft geese. I still don’t think a 14 day ban is necessarily the best way to give you a warning?

TBH this game is fucked if they will ban you for 14 days for saying f%g. Mostly when it’s your first time. It’s complete bull shit.

Cussing doesn't get you suspended. It's what you say in general can get you penalized. Anything deemed offensive. You used something that is zero-tolerance. You agreed that you'd never say such things, and since you did, Riot punished you for it. It's right and perfectly fair because we ALL agreed to the same terms as you did. Since we can't use it (not that most of us would ever want to) You definitely cannot use it.

The only to fix it is to go through with the suspension and never say anything like that again.

Facts are if this is a keeper on the 14 day ban. I’m out of this game for sure. Mostly for an first offense.
