Dear community,

Don't you think that, as a player ready to play a game (ranked or not), we should have the right to remake a game after a player afks right after the beginning of the game (at about 1:00-1:30)? Normally, remake is only available when a player failed to connect in the game. Isn't this too strict and unfair?

For example, the game begins. Everybody is "connected" to the game. Mr AFK left the game at about 1min00. We, as a calm and patient player, waited for him to reconnect. Maybe he has some lag or his internet crashed. We don't know. BIG MISTAKE! Mr AFK just left the game until the end. He won't come back to play with us. Because of the impossibility to remake, the four remaining players have to play without him and of course lose fights after fight, until the team decided to surrend at 15 min... Their LP dropped and they just want to find Mr AFK and struggle him.

I don't know if rito will see this, but I really want to have your opinion on this topic.

Not Riot, but this kind of is a double edged sword. If they implement it then sure, AFKers might get punished. but they could also just move around till 2:00 then leave.

Riot needs to implement a zone based system for spawn and base, and maybe additionally jungle.

If a player stays in it for too long, say 2 minutes, without getting into combat with minions or players, they should get kicked or at least be alerted to a mod so they can review the game. When a player doesn't get their surrender vote passed they just give up on the game and its hard for them to get punished because they have a good score, or they haven't actually afked and are just moving around base.

Another thing they might do is afk in jungle and farm, I don't know how they would control this but there has to be a way to regulate jungle time.

This way it forces them to leave spawn and the base and go out into the map, where they can choose to be productive or feed, and go into different zones once in a while.

I don't really know what Riot could do with any of this but I sure would like for them to do something about this because there are a lot of petty people out there and they honestly deserve to get punished, and I feel that the system is insufficient in dealing with these cases.
