3rd party program again, this is 3rd time i posted it

AS i said, i got banned my 2 accounts same time for no reason and they gave me a email that they banned me cuz 3rd party program, i never used it on these accounts i can say that i used Skin changer on my old account and they banned it and i accepted it cuz i dont know they will ban it cuz i don't play money and used it free, but now i created new one and it's clean no more skin changer and they keep give me same reason, wtf is it u dont have any reason acceptable? i sent them 2 tickets to request recover my account cuz that is their damn mistake and no reply over 3 days.
