Banned even when it's not your fault?

so i recently started playing LOL and i love it, i am a regular player and started advancing as any other player would, 4 days ago i received a permanent ban on my account saying that i am using an unauthorized software also known as botting ( and this is the first time i even came to know there is such software) i immediately logged a ticket with the support but have had no response from them, My question is, how did they made a decision that i was using a 3rd party software when in fact i have no such software, most of the time i even avoid chatting when the team is a bit abusive as i am very careful about things that i say but is it even fair? do they spot check or is it something that few people have reported and i am handed out permanent ban with no investigation....

Your match history looks suspiciously like you’re sharing the account with a scripter, or purchased it pre-leveled. You have KDA scores early on if either a new player or a bot, but your recent games as Veigar have 10+ or even 20+ kills each. I don’t know exactly what sort of shenanigans is going on, but clearly something is fucky here.

you bought your account.

Not chatting actually makes you "look" more like a bot. If this was mistakenly issued you should have no problem clarifying with the Support employee. I read there was a ban wave recently so your account might have been bulked with the rest.

You'll just have to wait for a response to that support ticket. Its unlikely you'll find any help here.
