Champion mastery?

I got suspended about 5 months ago, and i still don't get hextech crafting rewards, or anything? I was trying to get the mastery level 6 upgrade but i can't get my mastery tokens because of my behavior 5 months ago? I don't think i've been reported any time soon, and I play numerous amount of games and behave well. How long until my behavior restrictions are revoked so I can actually start earning game rewards.. Riot please help!
