Name changing

This guy is so lucky because he's just lvl 12 and has been inactive for a quite awhile, for bout a month. But uh... can we lower the time? I really wanted the name and it's just sitting there, lonely...

With the new leveling up system maybe make some changes to when names can be available? It's easy tolevel up now so maybe a change?

A month isn't even a long time to be inactive. He could come back like a year from now.
