I'm person who has 180 000 mastery points as evelynn. My other champions are around 30-45 000 that i play ranked. I grinded my evelynn most since comp went so well, i wanted change my cs, damage and kills higher but also learn other characters too. How ever this still ended up Evelynn being character that i'm strongest, and one who i maybe can even carry if some from team is weakest. My other champions are decent. I mean they have around or tiny bit over 50 winrate too. Should i still dodge when evelynn is banned? I did drop before grind since i lost promos, i wanted learn few new characters well too since i don't want end up denied promo just cause being onetrick :P i would still call myself one even when i'm legit on normal games tried avoid eve from all cost to learn new characters... but i dont like normal i want back to ranked

It sounds like you answered your own question by the end of your post.

I mean, there is nothing against the rules for dodging no matter how many times you dodge.

Just be prepared to be hit with the consequences of dodging. If you think the LP loss from those dodges are better than you sticking around and playing a non-Evelynn champion then dodge. If not, don't.

Thats like my experience with anivia. I try to switch champs but I always end up goin back to my bird. I'd say yes dodge, unless you feel confident with someone else against the enemy's team comp.
