Can we get a way to avoid draft trolls?

I just got into draft after a 10 minute wait because of queue dodges and the bot laner said that he couldn't adc so our support locked in orianna and the bot locked in Ivern so I dodged so I wouldn't have to suffer through playing that out. Can we please have a way to deal with players like that?
