Flaming jungle cos mid was feeding?

As a jungle, i tried to help all lanes as much as possible. Then there are times when a jungle can't do anything once a lane is fed. Like my last game with a Janna mid who is feeding Anivia till the point she can one shot almost everyone. I tried to gank for her multiple times yet she still died. Even Janna's item build was questionable. Selling her only item doran's ring for just one item in the slot: Needlessly large rod. Then proceed finishing Luden's echo with no boots or potions. I dunno if she trolling or just bad at Janna.
