Spending money on the game doesn't give you the right to ruin other peoples experiences is the game, no matter the amount spent. Not sure why you're being toxic in a game in the first place. Win or lose, it's a game; the outcome of said game isn't going to change your life. No reason to be mean to other players.
Also, Riot isn't obligated to give you a refund.
I thought this post was about that time Phreak and Tantram cornered me after work and mugged me. They told me if I called the cops they'd send Tyler on me.

riot cannot steal something that legally belong to them.
it's like if you bought a year pass to a amusement park and then get kicked out for harassing the other guests, they don't need to refund anything because the pass got no monetary value outside the park.
the same situration is with riot, you don't have ownership over any of the content you unlock, nor does they have any monetary value outside of the game, therefor can't you demand a refund because items is literally is worth nothing, without riots servers and software.
To play League we all needed to agree to the Terms of Service which state that we can't be toxic in order to keep the account.
It's actually pretty rare to be toxic enough for a perma bro. Most people don't get punished past the first chat restriction^^"

Who is the idiot? the person who has a lower skill level in LOL, or the person who drops $400 and then proceeds to act in a manner to have his account banned after multiple warnings?
Or, don't be toxic and keep your account. It's a pretty simple concept. Don't say stupid, inflammatory things to other people and you won't get punished. Problems would be solved everywhere if people did this more often.
There's this thing you agreed to these terms before you even downloaded the game. Basically, when you agreed to these terms you said, "Yes I agree I won't be toxic. Yes, I understand if I am toxic I will lose my account and I am not eligible for refunds. I agree with all your terms. Downloading the game now."

maybe you should not get stressed out over a video game and start acting like a uncivilized immature child throwing a verbally abusive temper tantrum deserve it back with attitude .

Or instead you can give them tips to improve and really what makes you think that you have the right to tell people what they can and cant play? Seriously you sound very self entitled. I don't care if you spent 2,000 dollars don't act like a jerk and there shouldn't be a problem. Personally I don't think you deserved a perma ban for this level of toxic behavior but I do think that there should have been some sort of punishment.
When you agree to the TOS or TOA(w/e people call it), you state you realize the content you purchase in game isn't yours and your account isn't yours. The content you willingly spend money on is "rented" to you so long as you abide by the rules. You also agree to the fact that RIOT can at anytime ban your account with or without reason as they see fit. So, tough shit, buddy. Maybe be don't be a toxic d-bag the next time you make an account/ if you make a new account.
Also spending money and acting like a jerk gives you the right not to be banned? You must be joking. Gotta love toxic players like you. Always crying over spilled milk when you yourself caused it in the 1st place.
