league of legends Ban/Temp ban are stupid!

The bands and suspension in the game are soo unfair and bad. In one game where I*[zombie-brand-mindblown]* played riven top, I wanted to confuse the enemy team by saying in all chat, xXMrCazumXx: REP RIVEN AFK xXMrCazumXx: remake riven is afk xXMrCazumXx: xd It was nothing toxic towards my team or the enemy team, it was simply a joke and the people that don't understand it are "stupid" in my opinion. The game started and my bot fed rly hard. My mid didn't ss all the time and didn't follow to help the bot lane. He was all the time in his lane farming when I came to help him he still framed, and mist all his abilities on the enemy champion so he moved to my lane without asking I that maybe it's for the best because I was 5/1 so I didn't say anything but when he started to die to a 0/5 I got mad. the bot at that point was 0/12 I ask them why they are feeding and they turned toxic towards me at the end we lost and I said rep bot for feed maybe I was a little bit toxic but I had my reason to do it. WHY SHUD A PLAYER THATS TRYING THE BEST TO WIN THE GAME BE PUNISHED AND NOT THE PLAYERS THAT DESTROY THE FUN GAMES AND MAKE OTHER PLAYERS TOXIC BE?
