Permanently banned with no previous discipline for 2+ years

Today I was perma-banned after playing a normal blind pick. I haven't so much as received any warning of being reported by teammates, or received a chat restriction/suspension in almost two years. I received a one-week suspension two+ years ago for toxicity, and after that and accompanying chat restrictions I reformed my chat and this season (6) I was completely clean and never received ANY notifications of being reported by teammates as I had in previous seasons. Season 5 I also had a good reputation as I remember, and I don't think I was chat restricted at all. I assumed at this point I had "climbed down the discipline ladder" as Riot claims is possible. But apparently this isn't the case, because I was dealt an unprecedented perma-ban after ONE normal game, the only one listed in my reform card when I try to log in, because I was reported by the player who was harassing me in game (yi). I will post the chat log here:

Note that after our graves top afk'd because yi was trolling/stealing farm and not helping he came to my lane and followed me and stole cs/left me to die so that is why I was worked up. My behavior is reportable/worthy of a chat restriction maybe? But this is the only game mentioned in the reform card. Also note that I was referring to Yi calling my support and I the N-word, and I was not calling anyone on my team or theirs that word. I did use other inappropriate terms, and in no way am I saying this wasn't reportable. But going from absolutely ZERO warning of punishment to this permanent ban is a shock to me. I worked hard to get to diamond this season on this account, and I didn't imagine that this would happen to me. I am working on a ticket with support right now, because if I had known that I was even CLOSE to this level of punishment after spending so much time reforming my habits I wouldn't have even used my chat, and squandered my privileges on a dumb normal game. I will add comments off to the side to provide context to the chat logs

Yi ends up reporting me at the end of the game and so ensued my permanent ban for this one game. I am simply upset that I didn't receive any notification that I was at this punishment level after playing clean for so long. I assumed I was in a good place, and yes I normally dont get worked up about a normal game and my reaction clearly wasn't appropriate for chat, but I feel that any other punishment besides permanently banning my account would be ok. The instant-feedback system picked this game up and I was quickly banned after this game, I assume part of this was my use of the N-word in quoting yi, since the enemy team didn't seem convinced that he was actually harassing my teammates and I until later in the game when he mocked us in all chat... I worked hard for diamond this season, and I didn't anticipate that a punishment out of the blue, THIS severe would happen to me after I reformed from 2 seasons ago...

THe system is based on word bans. IT removes all context. If you recite what others say, you are punished for saying it yourself. Thes ystem is TOTALLY FLAWED and RIOT REFUSES TO TALK OF IT. And RIot fan boys are telling "the system works, as you are punished for being quilty. Otherwise you would nto be punished" . That is circular logic, but it does not matter, as it FEELS RIGHT, and is good for PR.

Riot is totally fucked. The whole tribunal system is abitary and with trollign reports being automatic punishment WITHOUT HUMAN INVOLVEMENT, there is nothign you can do. And support answer to investigation is "others felt bad due your actions,a nd we do nto bother to chekc if it they were right or wrong". THus there is NO FALSE REPORT if more than one player reports you. ONly false report is single player reporting. It is not even deal with the system. And that is why RIOT REFUSES TO GIVE US DETAILS. THEY KNOW THIS, BUT THEY FEAR LOSING MAJORITY OF TOXIC PLAYERS ABUSING THE SYSTEM.

Trolling ban is simply stated: you are punished for other players violating summoner's code (verbal abuse, intentional feedint etc.) if they feel you are the reason they do it. IT does not matter what really happened, but feeling of majoirty trumps all.

So you thought that extreme toxicity is somehow warranted? That you accumulated the right to be a douchebag for a time?

Sorry sunshine, that's not how this works. Good behaviour is not rewarded by a free pass to be a di** to others.

Here is my take on the situtation: You were not the great teammate you try to picture yourself in this post of yours.

Instead you were most likely toxic throughout S5 and S6, but kinda flew under the radar juuuuuuuust enough for the automated system not to punish you. But you were toxic regularly, and now, feeling safe, you overdid it, and triggered a manual inspection of your account.

And human eyes quickly found the truth...that the only thing you improved, was the cleverness of your toxicity.

In all honesty you don't need warnings to get perma banned. There's a reason why everytime riot patches game that window pops up saying, "do you agree to the ToS?" (Or something like that) it's expected of you to know what is right and what is wrong. Even if you were "defending" yourself that doesn't justify you being toxic as well and ruining your team mates experience (which is why they reported you in the first place)

If you don't want to get banned then please don't say anything rude and toxic and abide to the rules. If it helps as a consolation I'm pretty sure that other player got banned as well and he achieved what he wanted, to get you perma banned because he was a troll and that's what trolls want, to pass you off. So if you see a troll just mute them and get it over with :) the more you argue with them the more they laugh their ass at your raging, that's what trolls do and love. Hopefully you reform yourself as a player (if you decide to keep playing) but the fact is your account is staying banned, so no point in trying to argue that.

before I start, let me say this: this is not worth a permaban if it all there is, but I Might know why you are banned.

if he 6 letter word is what I think what it is. starting with the N ending on the R, that can land you a permanent ban. You didn't use it as an insult however so the automated system might have banned you on that. I would really suggest filing a Ticket in the following way.

1:go to submit a ticket in the top bar. 2: I need help recovering my account. 3: post this forum post in there, explaining that this is your first ban in 2 years. 4: explain that you think you might have been perma banned for this sentence here and that it wasn't meant to be offensive, but as an explanation.

If the riot employee is competent you might get your ban reduced to a chat suspension(which you do deserve, let's be fair here).

EDIT:

I will add this, if you haven't got any warnings and didn't get banned for 2 weeks, you are supposed to get a warning. However riot seems of the opinion that hate speech is worse than wishing death to people. Having a community be known as racist can be a huge attack on your popularity so words like this get punished heavily.

If what you say is true you should not have been permabanned based on the chat logs you posted. Disciplined maybe but not permabanned. So I have to assume you are not being honest here.
