Is there ever going to be ANYTHING done about trolls in ranked?

Just real question is it too much to ask for people that try to lose games, blatantly troll, int, afk, spam type and ping instead of play. afk under your tower to sap your xp so you don't get ahead. can we ban these people? can we get a solution to the problem of people trolling in lobby's? dodging is shit you have to dodge a dozen games to get one where the lobby doesnt troll. as im writting this a guy just locked in fiddle sticks adc and i got autofilled to support (ad main) thanks riot!

Nope, and trying to express your crippling depression in chat will just get you chat restricted and eventually banned because Riot doesn't care about their playerbase, lol

I guess you are one of those that call off-meta plays troll plays.

The best way to removing trolls in your ranked games is to first have a better definition of what a troll is; hint bot lane fiddlesticks alone is not trolling.

long answer: their shit IFS system doesn't work on detecting trolling, only chat. And anyone saying Riot should pay us or let us review them, is met with downvotes because "it would be too slow", don't tell them Riot has people reviewing games already.

its pretty hard to catch trolls compared to say chat offenses

a troll best counter is to ignore them and report them after game or via ticket, might not be enough to catch them but it will be better then flaming or getting angry at them which is what they want.

p.s : off meta picks are not trolling, i played with gank blank adc as blitz support and he was not a troll, we died first but rolled the lane over later and won the game.
