My account just got banned for saying Yasuo is a cancer champ after having to face him in like 5 games in row. My account did not get banned for telling my flaming teammate to kill himself because of his pathetic pleasures of trash talking in a blind pick. Seriously Riot, your whole game is just going downhill.

If, and only if, you are being honest and this is only match they added to chat logs, I can see how this can be a misunderstanding.
Still, system detects toxicity. You were toxic, not to anyone in particular, but system can't tell if you just express your feelings or flaming someone.
BUT. And that's a big but. You don't get banned immediately, you get two chat restrictions first. So if you got those, it is hard for me to believe that you weren't toxic on other matches that weren't in chat logs.
This is probably the least toxic chat logs I have seen on here. The last line was worrysome and the overal tone of them was negative but this one game by itself wouldn't have triggered a punishment.
Is this about how your logs look on average? If so then a case could have been building against you and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Either way, I would suggest making a support ticket requesting a manual review. They can check your history and see if anything can be done.
