So today i was playing nexus siege with a heim and i was playing quinn. The Heim was pretty toxic to others and said "suck a d" and like "your a tard" if you need evidence then im rekt, because i forgot to screen shot and take pics of wot he said xd but i would like for him to be punished in a way. I myself was also toxic but I also got banned. After I worked on being nicer etc, Please, even for 1 report attention would be nice <3

It seems like you're letting other players get under your skin. The Behavior Worthy of a Champion article is a great guide that helps you understand how you should react to negativity.
If you can report a player through the post-game report feature, that is the best way to submit a report. Reports filed in the post-game report feature are fed into the Instant Feedback system and improves the system's detection of negative attitude across the server, as well as logs negativity on that account to contribute towards potential future punishments and actions. If someone's being toxic in the post-game lobby, you should still use the post-game reporting feature and add any additional information in the box provided.

As a Heimerdinger Main we are usually some of the least toxic.
We don't care about getting camped, we could 1v2. We don't care about who we played we'd win more games than we lost.
Personally It's probably because I'm older and wiser but also because I was military that I don't lose myself in game. I might say something on comes with who i'm playing with but it's over once that game is. (IE God this Jungler really needs to do this or that, why is he doing that? Please don't let us get the previous jungler). but I rarely actually say anything that could be misconstrued in game. (If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all mentality).
I still make jabs at people during the game as polite sportsman banter. I might say something that could be construed improper to some but that might be 1 in 100 games.

As much as I love Heimerdinger (and know for a fact that not all his mains are toxic), this thread has lived it's life. I'm going to go ahead and lock this up as necro'd threads are a violation of the Board Universal Rules.
