Can I appeal a ban?

I was perma banned for allegedly using third party software. I assume that means hacking or something, but that is just not true at all. I have never done anything close to that. Hadn't played in like a month and then returned to this. Very confused. Is there any way to appeal this ban?

You'll have to submit a support ticket. No way to appeal it here.

Request investigation into account theft, it is possible your account was hijacked and sold.

I had the same issue last night, turns out there were three matches i didnt play on OP.GG.
