Is this punishable behavior?

Hello, my name is BreadInhaler and I just have a question, concerning in game behavior, because i hope to find out what's actually punishable. I've had 14 day ban for being straight up toxic, and i've since changed. I no longer flame or make arrogant trash talk in chat, but i instead say "good job, gj, wp, well done guys" or try to call shots for baron or drag when i see the chance. I recently had a game where i was down on myself, for playing so bad, and said "im useless and im sorry" alot. Is that considered negative behavior? I still fought hard for the win, but lost that game, but I just mentioned it in chat for some reason i cant explain. Maybe im just paranoid, but I'd just like some feedback if possible.

I've seen people get false flagged for this and had it quickly overturned.

You are letting down your team by saying that you are useless, your team already knows this. You do not accomplish anything with it... So it is indeed negative, just like ff calling, or writing the stat in the chat multiple times.

But i'm kind of sure, if you even would be punished for this, then a support ticket would solve the problem ;) So don't worry!

I disagree with the other 3 commenters.

Riot specifically bans "negative chat that derails the game".

Saying "i'm useless and sorry" is negative, and saying it a lot draws attention away from how the team can win towards how the team is losing, and therefore derails the game. I'd advise against it.

also be aware that the bot may also mark your "good job"s as sarcasm. but as long as you don't actually use them sarcastically, and have no mean or inflammatory chat, you can probably get a chat restriction overturned if you receive one.

Just don't chat, nobody knows what the rules are and it's not worth the risk at your account level. Wait 6 months then start chatting again. Just say things like rawr, xd, and gg until then.
