I literally got perma banned, when all I did was talk back to a draven that was non-stop being toxic towards my team in aram. He was getting super agitating and I was heated up in the moment so I forgot to mute him, but how come he gets this off? He got no suspension and no warning even thought multiple of us reported him for being toxic. I've only been on this game for a good a year and a half or so, but I already wasted tons of money on this game, how is this fair? Also, if you like evidence of this 'draven' being toxic you can contact my dear teammate Aisok, I honestly forgot the other teammates' names, but if you would like to figure out who they are, you may check in my match history and ask them yourselves. And even thought I was toxic, I usually only start being toxic because either one person was leaving hurtful comments about myself, my friends, or stranger teammates. So why was I perma banned when this way more toxic draven that was flaming the entire game got let off the hook? This is completely unjustified. Literally when I got a two week suspension for being toxic (Because I actually deserved it that time) showed all the chats that I was toxic in but for this particular suspension how come none of the other chats were showing but instead only showing this specific chat. And also, to be quite clear I actually had friends on this account and they actually had been toxic under my name, but how was that my fault , it's not like I actually knew they were toxic. Everyone that was on my account that were being toxic actually were kind people, I didn't know they would become literal toxic beasts when they started playing league on my account for the first time ?

You were literally flaming someone back which is literally derailing the literal game even more literally than when just one person was literally flaming.

Sharing your account with other people leads to the account being permanently banned if it's ever detected. You shouldn't do that in the future, if you decide to make another account.

The punishment ladder is 10 Game Chat Restriction > 25 Game Chat Restriction > 14 Day Ban > Permanent Ban. You move to the next punishment every time your account earns another punishment. It is possible to deescalate punishment tiers, but it takes three to six months of regular playing with good behavior for each punishment tier.

It's impossible to be permanently banned off of one game unless you use some seriously heinous language (death threats, promising acts of violence, etc.) and even then, that's uncommon.

If you received a permanent ban, that means you had multiple previous punishments and you ignored the warning you received with your 14-day suspension card that stated "Any continued negativity will result in a permanent ban."

And even thought I was toxic, I usually only start being toxic because either one person was leaving hurtful comments about myself, my friends, or stranger teammates.

Responding to toxicity with more toxicity is not constructive and is still breaking the rules. Someone else breaking the rules first does not give you license to do so and pass by without punishment.

So why was I perma banned when this way more toxic draven that was flaming the entire game got let off the hook? This is completely unjustified.

There is no way to verify if someone else has been punished or not. The IFS message (feedback report message) is inconsistent at best, errors can occur, punishments can take time to be doled out, and different people can be on different stages of the punishment ladder.

Why do you believe that Riot would single you out when someone else broke the rules as well? The punishment system is almost entirely automated. If you reported them (with the correct option) they will be held accountable barring an error.

Bruh, almost this entire community is beyond toxic how is this even considered fair? If you're gonna ban someone for being toxic you might as well ban everyone who's being toxic. And what the hell does the system mean by 0.006%? It's way more than that. Like this system is so 'fair', basically just banning whoever it feels like banning. Also if you're gonna ban someone who literally spent over 400 dollars on this darn game, you might as well give them back a refund, because this is beyond absurd.

insulting back is still against the rules, regardless who "started it"

Yeah insulting players is against the rules. Cant do that. Yes, even if you find them insulting others first.

Punishment tiers are 10 game cr, 25 game cr, 14 day ban, permaban. That guys not gonna get a ban for flaming unless hes already had chat restricts. Riot does have some leniency. Its not just zero tolerance for flaming because I think they know its human nature to insult others. They cant just ban everyone for flaming once or twice. Of course there are exceptions for "hate speech" and what not.
