First of all, yes he did a mistake, and a big one, but he didn't deserve to be perma banned or get that amout of attacks on him. I just don't get this community u people praise persons with boobie streamers( we all know who am I talking about ) and when a person does a mistake then yes he must be perma banned? Hell if grossgore is perma banned for 1 mistake he done, then these boobie streamers should have been perma banned every day, what they do is considered "raping" to kids who watch them, teaching them that females is all about boobs, and create that fantasy in their imagination. Also why didnt sneaky gets banned too because of his donation savage video

If u want to clean twich from harassments then u better to be fair.

Twitch.com is NOT RIOT Games... [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Take this up with Twitch not here... Doesn't make sense to even post it here.

I can see why twitch banned GG. This is not the first time that he has tried to lead a witch hunt, which to be honest, is pretty terrible. Not to mention that he may have cost Krepo his career. What GG did was against the law, makes sense that twitch would ban him.

That being said, I think twitch should have clearer guidelines of what will get you punished and what exactly those punishments are. Doing things like faking cancer to get donations for example, should at least get you punished. Boobie steamers,I think is a fine line. I only really watch male steamers, and I don't like boobie streamers. But then you have to make a clear line in the sand it what is and is not acceptable. And that would prove challenging.

As far as the sneaky thing goes, that was a fan made thing, he had nothing to do with that.

So, that fact that GG is accusing someone of having sex with a minor without proof, possibly causing Krepo's career. Coupled with the fact that this isn't the first time that he had been punished for doing this sort of witch hunting, I can see why he deserves a ban.

If I'm being honest, I don't think it was a great of the moment mistake. I think he meant to do it.

Hey everyone,

We're locking this discussion as it has nothing to do with League/Riot since the person in question was banned on Twitch.tv. Please keep this discussion to the Miscellaneous section in the future. Thanks.

It's also an incorrect statement, but his logic is flawed but sesible by his own thoughtprocess.

As Tyler1 phrased it: He regularly issued death-threats to players in both the new and old system of League (and it's punishments), and is still playing and streaming because he makes/buys new accounts and doesn't breach ToS on Twitch.

GrossGore performed slander and defamation of character to an individual (Krepo) and then orchestrated a TwitchRaid of harassment and negativity for/with alleged evidence that Krepo was involved with a minor and was performing alleged blackmailing to Krepo to not be involved with the female in question.

As far as Twitch is concerned, Tyler1 is not breaking thier Terms of Service -- As far as Riot Games is concerned, that's a different topic of discussion.

But GrossGore? He violated several different protections and agreements in the Terms of Service, and deserved to be held accountable for his actions -- Same as Krepo, should he be in the legal wrong.

I'm not going to intellectually create a new explanation for why this OP is wrong, so I'm serving copypasta that fully details my thoughts on the matter from the last thread on this subject.

Fact of the matter: Defamtion of Character, Slander, and sending users of Twitch to harass and blackmail another user/streamer is multiple violations of Twitch's Terms of Use and Subscriber Benefits Program and Agreement. GrossGore will be lucky if Riot Games and Krepo do not hit him with lawsuits for his actions and choices.

He needs to be held accountable for what he's done -- There's no mistake when you're directly harassing a player, and the evidence is irrefutable:

This here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkS_eznuuLc

~~

This video is not a public apology, it's an attempt to save face. He's not remorseful for what's he'd done -- He's not repentant either. He's simply somber and sorry that he got caught.

This event is not the first time he's done harrassment, doxing, and public slander and libel of a user/streamer of Twitch -- He'd been warned before twice:

None of what this OP says is in line with reality or the truth of how laws both in the US and EU work -- And twitchhoes get the sub buttons revoked all the time, and usually don't last longer than 3 months.

Though i understand that his first warning was weird as fuck (harassed someone on twitter - got a warning on twitch) but it was 3 mistakes

Sneaky did not make the "savage donations" video. A fan did. And tbh, Sneaky is a nice guy on stream and he never asked for these donations. He just got them. Think about it.
