Basically what the title says mostly I was on a game with akali on ranked flex and got flamed from my jungler alot I tried to avoid toxicity by just muting him but the mute "button" bugged I tried everything even writing it on chat like "/mute player's name". So after a hard day and alot of flaming by my jungler i called him a r%%%%%, I usually accept the chat restrictions because it's my fault that i talk back but this time I couldn't even mute him. I apologize and I will try not to flame back, however I guess goodbye season rewards [sg-soraka]

I would reocmmend disabling your allies' chats if this bug occurs again in the future. In fact, perhaps it is for the best that you disable it anyway, as there is rarely anything spoken about in chat other than BM, blaming and flaming. Especially in the EUNE server - I've gathered from playing on there a bit that it is a very toxic region.

Good on you for owning up to your mistake. Very unlucky that it had to happen so close to the end of the season, but I heartily wish you good luck in gaining your honor back.

Ouch. When the client is so buggy that you're literally banging your head against the wall trying to mute someone to prevent that inner demon from rearing its ugly head. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Try telling support that you couldn't mute him and it eventually got to you. Not sure if it'd help but I hope that you can get your Season rewards. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

You can try to message support about the bug. Not sure if they'll be able to see the bug, and not sure if they can do anything about your punishment.
