Ban Appeal?

I don't really know why I was banned, I wasn't doing too hot in a gold game due to 2 smurfs on the enemy team, I'm playing Twitch jg and I keep getting counter Jg'ed this is frustrating so i just spam ping for help for my mid lane which doesn't ping MIA for the Zed. I end up getting 3 manned at my blue buff and this repeats until I am 0/4 my Dr. Mundo decides to type and flame me, I try to explain that I'm getting spam camped and he continuously flames me, he claims that I am intentionally feeding, (which I am not) when I am clearly trying to win the game, he ends up all chatting that he's going to report me and gets everyone to report me even though I didn't say anything to him, you have to understand that I am being hard camped, went on a losing streak and I get spam camped. I understand that choosing a squishy champion into an assassin comp isn't the brightest idea but I was fine before the Mundo decides to flame me. I was too frustrated to even report the Mundo.
