Why is it riot can insta ban or punish people that have a team full of toxic players calling them dickhead, fatass, idiot, %%%%%% and proceeding to troll them outside of insults but trying to explain your side of the story in all chat to avoid 9 reports gets you punished?

Like do you guys read the logs before you justify it as punishable?

Do you watch the gameplay?

Do you even read the reports?

Can you atleast make it word sensitive, so these very toxic or feeding people can't report?

Literally people will walk through a lane and die, or go afk but do something every minute or so to avoid being technically afk, these types even put it in the chat, but are the last to get punished.

If the punish system was to try and help people improve behavior wouldn't be a better idea to notify you when you're reported or how many times so you can sit back and think "maybe i gotta start ignoring these folks, cause no matter how i play it im gettin reported" rant over.

P.s, it'd be nice if you check things before you punish folks, it's embarrassing reading someone's logs and seeing it isn't even toxic, over 100 words, compared to some of these dudes that go full out toxic in one sentence in game,

You don't need to defend yourself in all chat. You know why you don't need to? Because 1 report is the same as 9. If you have done nothing wrong, you won't be punished for chat. If you are repeating things they are saying you did, yes, you could face a punishment.

Mute. Report. Move on.

Gameplay toxicity is harder to punish than verbal. Because they don't want to punish someone for a bad game. Report so the system flags them, and move on.

Post your logs or no one is going to believe you are innocent, also, 9 reports is the same as one, it comes down to how often you are reported.

I agree, I got a 14 day suspension, and the next is perma ban. My advice to you would be not to chat in a random game... The 4th discipline is permaban.. so if you have spent money on the game, stay outta chat.

Well thats the game i got chat restricted for. I cant believe the comments of my teammates arent there, so you cant see how i was constantly harrassed. We had an afk since minute 5 and even though i was fed a diana mid, we were doing so bad there was no chance of winning except for 2 of them going afk and our afk coming back. I had the best score on our team and second damage dealt and they still ganged up on me for wanting to surrender. Worst part is, i wasnt the only one sending the surrender votes, our adc was also sending them cuz he was sane. But they would not surrender and they reported me for "toxicity". Telling them we should surrender was apparently toxicity. No bad words, no insults, no trolling, literally our only choice of winning and they still accused me of not trying and reported me for that. I did my best that game even knowing there was no chance of winning. And i got punished for this, meanwhile the feeders got no punishment. And i cant even complain about it and get it fixed. Thats whats frustrating and unfair.
