Rank and a bit of feedback

Alright i say some things about rank ever since the rank change. Iv been declining and was at my peak at silver 2 but now i'm keep getting demoted multiple times.[slayer-jinx-unamused] some games i really think i did deserve it, but now i'm being placed with people who afk, rage, are salty flame each other and don't really respect each other at all. I want to climb back up but the game is changing in my perspective where if one person does bad and another person does good, the person thats doing bad is going to blame another person for it and bring everyone with them such as a few games ago. but mostly i want a change in the community or the rank system like the original where solo queue so i can see my self and see how much farther i can go. my recent games in rank have been seeming not as challenging or fun and is making me tilt, like a lot. but i can deal with it and take breaks but i usually end up with a similar team but in rare chances i get to sometimes carry or teams carry me which is enjoyable. I probably wont change that much or anything but i was hoping if and really want for a change in rank or a auto mute in game. maybe a system vote for muting the person for everyone for the entire game. The game seems to be everywhere and is probably busy but, i think there should be a little more rules towards each other. i hope this helps with some feedback or something.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
