Low Levels are prisoner island
All low level games are filled with perma ban players and new players everyone is toxic.
The games are so so so so so terrible.
If new players make it through that I congratulate you because it is pure cancer.

MMR does a pretty good job of keeping new players away from smurfs. After no more than 3 games, smurfs get matched with other smurfs.
I decided at one point to use my friends as test subjects.. For one of them, we took turns on the computer playing solo on our own accounts. For the other friend, I made a new account and played with him. Friend 1 got matched pretty much exclusively with other new players after the first couple of PvP games. Friend 2 got matched with nothing but smurfs, even when I wasn't playing with him.
The issue is your experience of the low level environment isn't really going to be the same as someone who actually new at the game. You're not a new player despite having a new account. So your skill level will make it much more likely to be matched with and against other players who are also not new to the game.
