got banned (10 game chat restricted) was it deserved ?

FYI im posting the chatlogs below IGN: Get360 and im plat 3 at the moment So i got chatbanned for 10 games, which dosnt bother me too much, but i do not understand why, i did use the word "retarded" twice, but mostly because i had trolls on my team, Game 1 we had a zyra who got autofilled bot and begged for mid and since she didnt get it she decided to int a few kills, take TP ignite and steal our adc's farm all game tilting him hard, since she was a troll she said she would report me but i didnt think riot would side with the troll Game 2 i was jungle and my adc was begging for ganks and in my opinion i coudnt gank cuz she was pushed, then she went off on me flaming me for the first 10 mins of the game cuz she was dying a lot, muted her mid game and at the end i flamed a bit, but i mean i wasnt swearing and didnt really make any racial, homophobic or other slurs. I do understand i flamed and that i shoudnt, but i dont agree with the ban what do u guys think i could be 100% wrong and be toxic, but i mean everyone has bad days and i have seen waaaay worse in soloq

I'm also not sure what word this is, but I have some ideas, and most of them are hate speech. Riot has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for this, whether you intend it in a mean way or not. In fact, you're lucky it was only a 10-game chat restriction if this was the word I think it was -- it usually gets a 14-day ban on the first offense.

ya, those were punishable chats. But I guarantee you that you display this type of behavior enough within your games, the accumulation of those games stacked against you.

I mean, I think the reason you got chat restricted is you yelled at your midlaner because they didn't want to give up the role they were selected for, to a person that probably was bad at the role. Like, I've been chat restricted twice, one time VERY WELL DESERVED and another time... meh I guess. But the point is, you're making the game unfun for EVERYONE when you are negative towards your team. And you don't get a chat restriction for one game, so likely you've had a few bad games before this where you weren't the nicest either. It's not the end of the world, just try to mute all from now on, that's all I can say, and it's helped me a lot in terms of my toxicity. It's just a game (although I know the pain of promosssss). So don't let anyone get you in trouble for their tilting behavior.
