Dude, your first amendment right isn't that you can say anything anywhere without consequences. It's that the government is not allowed to censor your ideas. Private companies may censor you in any way they see fit on their platform. Wtf are you talking about?
You have the constitutional right to speak as you will, so speak. No one has to allow you to use their servers to help you broadcast your thoughts however, so any form of censorship on forums is entirely within the moderators rights as well.

It's not a right for you to play this game, so while you do have the legal right to say whatever you want, you don't have to right to avoid being banned.

also this comment was just kind of a troll comment in frustration of snowflakes being able to cry and complain but when you call them out and hurt their feelings you get reported. lol i agreed to the terms so i know the rules, but im also allowed to be frustrated that its so one sided in this toxic game filled with snowflakes and cry babies.
