Riot, can we honor emeny's team players and honor more than 1 person in our team?

why this game has to be toxic to each other?it doesn't need to tbh. sometimes emenys team have a really good player and that wanna you to add him or her as friend. or maybe you think he or she is funny at [/all] chat. also this is a teamwork game, we won because the whole team, I wanna to honor our whole team(2 or 3 people or more) when they were doing good.
