Banned for inting with a score of 4/4/3

Hi guys, so I was recently banned for inting during a D3 game playing as Lucian. Was banned for inting with a score of 4/4/3. I tried to submit tickets to riot and the reply I got was "yeah we cannot tell you why, but you were inting". So I actually reviewed the game, and yeah I guess I was inting as an unskilled player lol. Anyways here are my four deaths:

1. starting at 4:42, my jg left me to chase down the support. I got tunneled vision, thought I could bait vayne. She flashed onto me to kill me after a long chase. Warwrick came back and killed her.
2. 7:46 we didnt have any vision in the river, I knew their mid was roaming down, thought I could kill karma b4 their mid comes, Karma escapes with 14 health. I started running back, their mid burnt her flash again to just barely kill me under my own turrent.
3. 14:20 sona flashed into 3 ppl, while only hitting her ulti on one (idk if thats counted as feeding), I traded kills with their renekton cause I know our jg and top are coming, they should be able to win the 2v2 (till ww missed a point-blank ulti)
4. 16:02 I wanted to trim the lane b4 herald attacks our inner turrent. Had no vision on renekton (who was sitting on a pink). J4 perdicted my e with his eq, renekton flashed onto me to stun me.

And now I am suspended for inting as shown on my client for 14 days and I can't even know why. Kkkkkkkkkk English isn't my first language, I do apologize for any mistakes I make ; ;
