So Riot needs to rebuild the honor and discipline system

I was just in a match, with a Vi building a cinderhulk, and building damage after, since we had no tank, and the mid laner who was playing Ryze started flaming her. Now, for 1 this kid is hard stuck plat elo with 600 games, flaming someone learning the new runes in a normal, of course I put my 2 cents in because I'm not going to stand there and watch someone bully another. If I get banned or restricted for doing so, well Riot, we're going to have some issues, and I won't lose I promise you that, change your system, it's that simple. This kid tells others to kill themselves and doesn't receive a ban in 24 hours, but some how I get chat restricted for calling the enemy jungler dumb, yeah that's all I said in that game was dumb, for feeding and ruining the game for his team, then we'll have more issues as well.
