I need help understanding the reason of my permanent ban and the support system.

I have been a loyal league of legends player for a really long time, and feel like I'm being treated like trash by the support team regardless of my length of service for this game everyone should be treated with respect one of my support ticket messages were completely ignored and the reply seemed like pre-written copy & paste.

Other players juded your comms to be far below the standarts of the League community. The vast majority of players-agree that while League's an intense, competitive game, everyone deserves respect on the Rift.

I asked Udyr to gank numerous times top he afkd near bushes for a long time, I am unsure if he and Galio were premades but Galio literally said mid game that he's trolling and doing nothing to win, how can you keep calm? Yet I fail to see how this is extremely inflammatory and offensive.

I was actually extremely friendly towards our team, enemy rengar was flaming his top lane really hard & was like trash talking down on all of us he was the best etc... - so I stood up to their top lane, our kindred rage quit the game prior to reaching lvl 6. - all negative messages were in all /chat response to rengar too bad it doesnt show here, yet I have not hard flamed anyone or been negative oó if asking define a good game where our kindred disconected and he hard flames his team makes me flaming then why do we have chat feature?

Can someone advise me if there is a team I can contact outside the support ticket system I dont find them helpful and right now about to loose all the respect i had for riot. I have 3 accounts, behave similar on 3 accounts and the only baned account is of course the one with 400+ skins. feel like this strict ban policy benefits them well but I am not looking to return to this game if they wont explain and try to discuss my ban instead neglecting all my messages with ban done nothing we can do now.

  1. they could have given me more time to reform.
  2. community of league of legends is pretty toxic, I consider myself being on the positive player side yet the toxic ones escapes somehow.

I'm just frustrated, spend a lot of time and money in this game and the support team treats me like trash.

Well, all three of these logs feature you rallying for reports, insulting your teammates, escalating arguments, etc. Standard chat-restriction stuff, and stuff that you should have cut out of your behavior after your two-week ban ended less than a month ago. It's pretty straightforward, so I'm not sure what there is to discuss.

Regarding your claim to be a positive player: I don't know how indicative these logs are of your behavior as a whole, but they demonstrate somebody who I wouldn't want to be in my games. Regardless of how I'd personally react to you speaking to me in this fashion, your disregard for team cohesion and interest in winning an argument over winning the game strikes me as detrimental to the community. I'd be monumentally pissed off if you managed to tilt one of our mutual teammates to the point of them being ineffective in the match, which seems to be your goal.

Not sure what you mean by "more time to reform". The system gave you a two-week time out. That's a lot of time to reflect on your actions. Not their fault that you likely just swapped to a different account and ignored the message that you were on your final warning for this one.

You don't find them helpful because you don't agree with them? They can't really say more than: The behaviour you showed isn't acceptable.

You were warned on the 14-day ban card that you were out of chances. That was your last warning.

They shouldn't. You shouldn't need alot of time to NOT do something. Arguing and blaming and being negative in chat is a choice. One that is very easy not to make.

I'm just frustrated, spend a lot of time and money in this game and the support team treats me like trash.

Just because you're not getting the account back, doesn't mean you were treated like trash. You were treated with respect, something you didn't show towards your fellow players.

You already had your chances. You decided to keep breaking the rules and now you have to take responsibility for it.

lines i stopped reading after:

game 1: "Muted & Reported" reason: don't say you're reporting someone EVER. if you mute someone no need to announce it, just do it. i stopped reading after that as i'm sure you got more toxic.

game 2: "report galio please" reason: again, don't ask or say you are reporting someone.. just do it after the game without saying you are..

game 3: "both reported" reason: I had read more on it, it seems quite toxic but i'll give you a line to look at and then down. Again, these are mostly from what i see as issues and not the entire system. But i do know the system so it's basically the same thing a rioter would probably tell you.

Notice the theme going on with one key word each time i told you a different game? Don't tell people you are reporting them. you're actually just digging yourself a hole you can't escape from.
