Should riot put an option to report for "Boosted Account" or "Purchased Account"?
I am pretty sure you guys ran into someone who clearly are boosted or they bought their account online, should they add this option so I can report accordingly?

Should be covered by “cheating” reports, right?
Public data does not in any way definitively say an account is boosted or purchased. The private data Riot has that can determine this is very trivial to automatically evaluate, and in fact players get their accounts locked for this quite frequently already. Just because you think someone is boosted does not mean they actually were.
No point, it would just make more work for riot.
I get accused of scripting fairly often (usually while playing champs that would not even benefit from it in any way), or being boosted (because i have a terrible lane matchup, so i must be bad). The playerbase consists of a lot of angry children who are incapable of logical analysis.
Yes, and it should work like "unskilled" did before they removed it.
As a silver scrub, i have never seen a boosted player lol. Pretty sure cheating covers this though. And then put boosted account in the description.

Even tho its rarely too see, but there should be no players in diamond which are gold and ruin the game experience of their teammates on 80% of the time.
No...how could you possibly know if they were a purchased account, boosted account, or just having a really bad game or losing streak?

How can you prove to Riot that this account has actually been bought ?
It's not because he had a bad game that he automatically bought an account. I'm currently master but I can assure you that I play like a complete bronze player when top. I have no clue how to proprely use teleport and I don't know how play melee champs.
So if I ever get filled top in master, i'll probably feed like hell and play like a complete fool. Does this mean that my account has been bought?
If you're convinced that this player has bought the account, perhaps you should dig in deeper with your research and actually bring proof to riot and then open a ticket, think of preparing yourself before going to court.
