Is it possible for a player to make a direct contact with an Employee?I just got banned and my card has 0 flame,0 insults and 0 toxicity.Defensing myself against a player who was wishing things and insulting like wow by replying to him like a regular man without flaming or being toxic.So some kids decided it to report me just because they fed,they whined for it and then put their rage into something else as the report.I see riot gives no second chance but how can it be without a single flame?just because they press the report button it means that you are bad?Who reviews the cases?I am bored of speaking with bots or a bot do all this work.

That's all folks any answer will be helpful.Riot is not like Blizzard gaming I know.They want to hit the top and they don't even have a specific team of people reviewing reports.It's totally sad.

You can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and you can ask them stuff about your punishment there.

At the same time, if you are willing to post your chatlogs here on a community forum, we can help you understand what went wrong.

Defending yourself against what? Defense is the mute button, you weren't banned for using the mute button. If you're banned then it's either because you repeated something they said which was worthy of a ban right off (a Zero Tolerance phrase), or because you've had a history of getting punished before.

Your only real chance of getting in touch with a Rioter on this is making a ticket at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us . Other than that, you can post your chat logs here - but it's extremely rare for there to be a serious error.

ANY negativity can be punished by Riot. So for example:

Saint Paradox: you are bad

That will result in Riot upholding your punishment. Severity of offense is not a big consideration. Minor offense gets chat restriction before ban. Major offense skips chat restriction.
