Broken treatment for players

What I find quite irking is how there are multiple players out there who intentionally trolls or flame others in order to get a reaction out of them. The only real solution that Riot has offered is to mute them or somewhat ignore, but the fact that others suffers in game with the risk of getting suspended with saying a few or multiple words while the troll is on the loose saying "you don't deserve this win" or duo que and flames 1 person super hard and get away, Scott free even when reported. I myself, don't mind if someone does good or bad, but when your own team can afk or flame all game and never get punished for such an action is a shock to me. Don't get me wrong, I understand Riot people are focused with other things such as trying to make balance champions, items, modes, and the report system itself, but I would love it if Riot at least punished the party as a whole rather than punishing 1 person who barley did anything wrong but was egged on into the convos.

And what about your teammates and/or the enemy, who now not only have to suffer the troll/griefer, but you flaming people?

and get away, Scott free even when reported.

They do not. However, Riot is not going to ban someone for what you report them for unless the report can be validated with the player's behavior. Players will not be banned unless there is evidence beyond reasonable doubt that they were intentionally trolling or griefing - not just playing bad, making bad decisions, etc.

but when your own team can afk or flame all game and never get punished for such an action is a shock to me.

Most behavior is not punished after one game. People have emergencies and have to AFK. People get tilted and may flame in one game. Only very egregious behavior is punished after one game.

but I would love it if Riot at least punished the party as a whole rather than punishing 1 person who barley did anything wrong but was egged on into the convos.

If all players in a game or party break the rules, then all players can be punished. Riot won't punish players who didn't break the rules.

Afk is handled by Leaverbuster. Occasionally manual reviews are done with bans given

A party doesn't get protection from reports and no one person should not cause a party to get punished.

If someone is actually trolling, what is yelling at them going to accomplish? Nothing.

If someone isn't actually trolling, then a person who is legitimately having a bad game is now being harassed.

1 report in a match does the same as 9. A single game isn't always cause for punishment.

Sounds like you have a bit of misunderstanding on how the system works.

Toxicity and disruptive gameplay behavior doesn't get off scott free when they get reported, the main problem of the system is that it doesn't have a whole lot of transparency. Meaning you typically don't get to know when people are punished.

Also, understand that the system punishes people based on consistency x severity. Riot gives some leeway towards people whom are tilted and get overly emotional here and there, the players that get punished are the ones that exhibit those types of action too often.

I agree ,the enviroment we play should be countered ,how much toxicity was around ,who started first among us , expecially in cases you haven't done something extremly punishable , i got permanent banned for telling one guy that i submit replay on support about his gameplay ,legit , i get punished for that while he flame, grief and stress me all the game , while i not even muted him , as i had to gather proofs he been toxic and report him for his actions ...

I don't agree we should flame them back ,but at least the circumstance you get banned should be considered here , because you can't claim that the player was behaving on his head from nothing ... , it mathers how chill it was around what behaviour was arround , how much he struggle to face that toxicity ,if he used mute or not etc...

You know that also some people aren't trolling. If someone is trying out a champ where it's not usually played isnt trolling if that person still do what they are supposed to do. If they fail that game doesn't mean they fail the next one. I hate that! Got reported for trying something. To you it might be stupid but to me it was a fun idea that kept me playing this game against the boring ness of only playing champs that are op in this patch.
