League is uncapable of being able to inforce a correct behavior

League is constantly banning people or even perma-banning, I've had 2 other accounts and I've had the problem where sometimes I get rage induced and do say some toxic things, I use curse and skype to talk to multiple friends and sometimes I start playing around with them and call them things like, "Fuck tard" Etc.. The person that's in the outside can hear this and say something like, "Stop being so toxic" When I ignore them It actually starts to get annoying to they point where he calls me, "Autistic bronzie take your pills", When I report this nothing happens. Then the next day I get 14-day banned not being able to do or say anything, I was extremely angry at people that were toxic and rage inducing, Riot NEEDS TO FIX THIS. Also I think that their player ban system is incorrect. It considers inflammatory words, we always have a bad day and need to fix this. We aren't the problem, if you were to play League with your friends it would get extremely annoying and flaming, multiple times yo have discussions.. Then when you get banned or even chat restrictions League resorts to saying the following, "Many players agree that league is a fun competitive game!" This is partially true. But nobody really enjoys having a Jungler that doesn't gank or a top laner that runs down mid, Please change this problem, the resort of everything isn't getting people permabanned it's actually trying to fix the community, the problem isn't League itself, it's the players.
