Yeah, it was a bit passive aggressive but if this is punishable you might as well just remove the ability to type in the game, honestly. I didn't use any profanity, I didn't call anyone a manbaby, I didn't tell anyone to fuck off and sea lion somewhere else. Just a bit passive aggressive to a person who was actively trolling and flaming.

Yes, your jungler might not capitalise on your opponent's mistakes(because it's not even remotely mandatory), but when the enemy jungler punishes you for yours - blame yourself. You don't get sitted for positioning properly. What I am saying is "learn to lane".

Profanity and swearing aren't punished. Tantram has said this. I have said fuck and shit and piss and various other swears in game and on the forums and so have many other people and we're all still here.

Passive aggressiveness and direct aggressiveness and harassment are punishable. They're on the lower end of the punishment spectrum. You got a chat restriction so I would say that the punishment is appropriate to your chat log.

i got chat restricted strictly for blaming others in a game, the blaming was an irelia who said "im trying to lose this game" as she proceeded to intentionally feed. game two i had a graves flame me the entire match and me call out his score of being 0-6 while im around 7-4, all he did was flame me the entire match. i was told by riot calling out other players scores and blaming them is toxic and is punishable, i had 5 rioters talk to me about this 2 of them said i didnt break tos article 5 but cant lift the restriction since other rioters didnt. 2 of them said i broke article 5 of tos for being obscene and abhorrent, one told me that i didnt break tos for being obscene or abhorrent but for being objectionable. 3/5 rioters pretty much contradicted the other two rioters. i got punished for calling out a toxic player and their privacy policy only shows your chat logs so it looks like you are the toxic one. words that i said that were considered flaming- stfu - in response to irelia saying im trying to lose this game i dont deal with toxic hardstucks like you to the graves who flamed me the entire match.

in the end i got punished for calling out an intentional feeder for intentionally feeding. and for calling out a graves who flamed me for 27 minutes straight. and saying his score to demoralize him.

last i checked they should punish the people that deserve it and ruin games rather than the players typing- actions speak louder than words, our words to riot are louder than intentional feeders and junglers who soft int's actions.

all in all the tos for riot specifically article 5 which is about player behavior should be changed scrutinized and more clear because me as a player did nothing wrong to 2/5 rioters 1/5 said objectionable and 2/5 said abhorrent or obscene and that inconsistency in a law means its not a good law to go by.

I remember I got chat restricted because I called a Thresh a blind fisherman for being unable to land hooks after he called me trash. So honestly? I'm not the least bit surprised.
