Permanent bans VS permanent chat restrictions ( toxic players )

I think if someone is toxic he shouldn't get permabanned . This is because he abused the chat and not the ability to control a champion and do whatever he wanted to . Intentional Feeding is a pretty good reason to get a permanent ban .

If you can't follow the rules, why should riot allow you to play their game?

They have TRIED the perma chat bans (back in the early years of League). They just simply didn't work. People resorted to inting and other more intense toxic behavior until they were eventually permabanned anyway. So Riot simply doesn't bother anymore.

This has been discussed since the beginning of time. It's not going to happen.

If someone is so rage-filled and unable to control themselves that they can't follow the "don't be a fuckshit in chat" rules, they will find other ways to be fuckshits when they don't get their way. They need to be removed from the game for the rest of us.

But according to Rito, if you get permanently chat banned you turn into a mindless zombie whose sole purpose in life is to troll LoL games for everyone till the end of your LoL career.

And for some reason, they say they care about trolls in this case. (Sadly not in the case when the trolls are not flamers....)
