Some attention to my question riot ?

I just wanted to know if the Riot company have to respect the constitutional laws of every country or even the country in which company is build ?, cause i was wonder how i can free expression thanks to the laws of constitution if you force me to talking nice and you don't let people be as they want , yeah you right you can punish the people but that dosn't give you any right to ban people permanent over 100 years because they had free expression is just something you miss , every country have his own constitutional laws and you bring them be forcing people to say what you want to say , if a man is frustrated why you should ban it perma ? if it was feel like that on that moment , words are words without physical damage you can't keep people banned for 124 years cause it's not right , i am coming back after 2 years since i got banned , i changed myself a lot , but that dosn't mean nothing to you so i was asking you to reduce the punishment ... but perma bans stay like this , if they constitutional laws stay like this of hundreds of years and you coming in last 2 years banning people for free expression permanent which in history isn't a game who allow you to ban people perma for language , i wasn't the positive player time of a small time of the in-game time i played , isn't fair to play of 3-4 years you bring rules and change rules , people don't even have time to remember them or just get with them , and you action from when you launch the news ... , that was my opinion about your news , even in real life if a law is going be accepted with 9 days or more you know that this will going be there , what you did when they perma bans have been announced??? you just bring them and bam you started to punish people from first day of when the punishments have been changed , not even had an ideea about how many ready the new bans conditions , or if they read at least of if they got with them .. cause someone is accept terms and conditions that dosn't say that he read the news or something like that , and who i am to say these stuffs you will say the guy who quit the game because it have no sense for me anymore , i have 5 accounts i entry plat and you nerf all the assasins since i stoped to play after 5 years so i don't care what you do next , but i come back to defend myself 2 years ago , since i was like okey i got perma banned i knowed that i have 1 step more before i get perma banned , and i know i was not so right , and the news and the volume of news is really hard to remember ... so i got banned because i got premades which harrased in group or just people who had no skill and bring me nervs or just bring me to call them noobs just in order they be able to report me , i am not proud that i got banned, but i am not proud i played a game who dosn't let me free expression and that i lost my time trying to respect your rules when you can't even respect constitutional laws of every country even they country you created the RIOT company ,even my country have his own constitutional laws and human rights , even a game should respect them otherwise seems like people didn't worth to die for them to be respected , so i am agree you can punish people for them expression mistakes or them nervs but you can't ban people perma as much as you wanted to do because isn't right and isn't fair to stop people for 124 years because they had a free expression for a time , and the time you get banned with the time you get punished isn't equal and isn't close of be fair , to decide people from 4 steps to ban them for 124 years ,if you have some logic even the people who been positive i wonder how they would feel to be banned 124 years , is inhuman that and i know most of the people said they didn't flame so they didn't got banned ,but what if you was going get it i bet you wouldn't agree with that ,and i bet you wouldn't like the time of the punishment , i told to riot that isn't a right time ban ,even 5 years or 10 years was enought, most of you been like me harass and didn't liked when people insulted them, everyone can do that but it was pretty hard to change and ignore them and i did it , as well as i quit have fun game got repetitive to me , game got annoying because people played no matter what skill they have ranked and not even trained on normal games before they launch on ranked list , or they just didn't know champions skills , i agree people have some bad days ,bad games , i feeled really bad to constant that even after i rebuilded a new account i was still harassed and i promise me i will not get anymore perma banned and i was just ignore them , and at first perma banned i told me i will not get it ,unfortunatly i didn't knowed so well the ban steps so i got perma banned riot said that every perma ban can't change even after 2 years i writed them to reconsider this or just let my account unbanned and if i will flame someone from any reason they would just ban me back for 124 years , the surprising thing it was that they sad perma bans aren't removed , and that look like cowardice if i was ready to prove them something and they was just like this ... They just got what they wanted i hope they enjoy the purpouse for what they did what they did with these perma bans, even if you didn't respect the constitutional laws riot which are liste below:

Conclusion: Perma bans = No free expression = Same punishment as a hacker who use scripts =Rules should be same for everyone but not same for different cases ,even a judge give punishments depending of the case Hackers<>Flamers
