Banned for being to mean i think

How am i banned for not even directly saying anything to a single player for nearly 30 mins? AT 10ish mins maybe even sooner we got a huge lead and my adc gave it back instantly the one thing i said was i need a gank my adc fucked up like im from boston and saying somone fucked up is a very normal form of communication??? Where in the summoners code did i ever agree to not swearing like what is the rating on this game, aside from that what troubled me most was that i was able to spend money while banned does noone see how fucked up this is i can still pay them to let me be banned for swearing lol.

In the Summoner's Code, it's stated that you should support your team, facilitate civil discussion, drive constructive feedback, and lead by example. Telling someone they simply "fucked up" doesn't really accomplish any of those things.

If you want a more detailed explanation you'll need to share your chat logs, because it's my understanding that simply saying "you fucked up" usually doesn't warrant a punishment on it's own unless you had prior punishments. If you recently had a 14-day ban, it was stated that any continued negativity would result in a permanent suspension.
