So, if I call out a soraka that is dancing in front of a blitzcrank and got killed 3 times by running it down, and comes to my midlane and feeds there, so I cannot hold the midlane anymore and open it, since the enemy team is coming mid like if the flood gates have opened. Then I see his OPGG and sees he buys 6 doran shields on khazix jungle and call him out on his intentions, since he has 12 deaths around each game. And then I get a chat restrict?

...I don't get it.

Don't call em out? Like, its incredibly obvious that they int, so why call them out?` Just report em' afterward and show your prove to riot support. 100% guarantee to get the person you want to get banned, banned.

Also you won't get a chat restrict from just doing that. You gotta be persistant to earn that.

yeah dude, just don't call attention to it. Everyone can see that the person is inting. You don't have to point it out for them. And all it would take to mark the game for review would be your one report, so you don't need to get people to help report them.

On top of all of that, calling attention to the troll only pours gasoline on the fire. They want you to be pissed off, if they run it down a lane, and you show them that it pissed you off, what do you think they're going to want to do next? Play normally? No! They're just going to do it even more. Don't feed the troll in your game, just ignore them and report them afterwards.

You probably got punished for saying you're going to open mid because of a feeder. Opening mid is just as bad.

Do you think that is going to make them stop inting? Probably not, and you probably don't honestly believe that it would.

I would say that most people will say that one of their teammates are inting because they don't want to be blamed for an enemy being fed. Not that I blame you for wanting to make that clear, but lets just be honest about why you want to be sure that everyone knows.

Now, simply stating that someone is inting and leaving it at that probably isn't going to cause a chat ban .. Otherwise, I most likely would have had a chat ban for myself, .. and I haven't.

I would bet that there was more going on, .... more along the lines of harassment.

Even repeatedly saying

"xSUMMONERx is inting" "xSUMMONERx is inting" "xSUMMONERx is inting" "xSUMMONERx is inting"

Yeah, that is annoying and harassment.

Well, you also get a chat ban for calling out an inter who isn't silent. Accusations against people true or not are simply against the rules.
