Hello I've recently been chat restricted for a few games due to a heated argument in a duo match on ranked. I consitantly mute my chat for the reason of not getting tilted but a few games I keep it on to see for calls and what not. This chat restriction happened after my last promo match and i finally made it to gold yay. I have been playing for a bit receiving honors and i dont know why it wont go up. It is currently hard stuck at 1. Any tips or tricks?
how long ago was this? I took me couple of months to go from honor 2 to honor 3 (maybe 3 or 4 months, I didn't play much at the beginning of the year). I assume it takes everyone an average of 2,3 months to go from honor 2 to honor 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5. It should also takes 2,3 months to go from 1 to 2 + however long it took for you to unlock honor progression (so I guess 3+ months with average to moderate games played?).
As for tips and tricks? Just don't accrue VALIDLY reported games. That means don't be negative or do anything that would make people feel the need to report you. Validly reported games will slow down your progression. Always honor someone, anyone after game even if you don't think any of them deserve it. If everyone honors, everyone get extra honor progression. Other than that, just keep playing games and don't get validly reported.
It takes a month about, at least for me. Took me 2 days to unlock honor. I have been getting checkpoints every 11-12 days
