I don't know if it's just me, but recently I've played a lot of games with afk since minute 1, and remake option wasn't available. In normal it's a problem, but at least you don't lose LP, but in ranked it's even more common, I've even been demoted twice because of that, why isn't remake available in these situations?
I've had the same issue, generally in Build matches where they are clearly AFK but they haven't been disconnected and we are unable to remake. This might be caused if they close the game during the loading screen?
Hopefully this gets looked into soon.
Its a weird instance where the player didn't dc, but is unresponsive. Could be a bug, could be a true afk, could be an issue with determine if a player is or isn't disconnected. If they are stuck at loading, but progressing, they aren't disconnected.
