My Personal Matchmaking Issue

Match met. Blind Norms. Choosing Champs. I'm jungle, (Rammus), and Noone else has spoken. 4 completely unconfident Silvers. So, I figure I will try something. I type, "Who is the best player in this lobby?" Sure enough, they slowly reply stating that I am. That's what I was afraid of. (Refer to my other post in miscellaneous in links for why).

So, throughout the game, I just took control. I took full control and focused my acting abilities to be a commanding player, despite my being shite at League. And, it worked; We won, after a struggle. (Just to add, their team was a Gold 3, 2 Silver 4s, and 2 Silver 5s, where my team's best was me, a silver 4, and the rest were silver 5s and 1 unranked). At any rate, I just complimented my team's successes, gently said what to improve, and forcefully explained what to do in team fights, who to target, when to baron/ dragon, etc. (I'm not fantastic mechanically, but I watch alot of decent Youtubers play that I try my best to learn tactics and technicalities from).

I guess the point of this thread is to discuss people's strategies for handling teammates who are uncooperative, indecisive, aggressive, toxic, silent, shy, etc. And to explain mine was to take charge, and that upon trying it more, I've found it only works in indecisive lobbies, and does NOT work with toxic or aggressive players.

So tell me, fellow Summoners, your strategies for dealing with the various personalities in League of Legends.
