Banning, its annoying and repeated.

Look, this game was built with rules, and people grew more and MORE delicate, your banning system is getting to a point that reaches out of date and your using an Ai named blitzbot to auto respond about certain reports, people DO deserve a voice, but at the same time a proper judge to look at both peoples position, people will argue you have the right to at least ban both, Brock Turner is a perfect example of how your ban system hurts people, i've been reforming my only account i had for several years, building great friendships, fixing my attitude, and i told a Thresh player (Name Removed by Mod) INSULTED my game-playing and swearing in it too so delicate can be added for that report I DID ON HIM, and yet he got to walk away after responding to me saying to STOP insulting me, and i only said his rude language does not help play the game. A moderator acknowledged my reformation and said i was improving, saying sorry and such and that he/she/ would look into that player, but it still stands you had an AUTOMATED SYSTEM ban me instead of having both people judged by a human first to decide what happens, I was given a last chance and the most likely response was to hurt that person for trying to defend themselves and play the game. you cant even play and mute the channel to chat either because it would be called toxic too. its a flawed system, i can FULLY see somebody making a petition for this to be fixed. I'm not saying i will, and i'm not asking refunds either, i read the terms and conditions, i READ EVERYTHING RELATED TO BANNING and it doesn't comply that a robot decides that ban. Its heartbreaking, i lost a lot of things that were gifts to me, that were memorable, and its a heart-wrenching to see neglect in reports made proper and maybe even lazy, i don't know how the whole system works admittedly. But i'm sure if you have MANY people making posts throughout the years about it, wanting this and that, half of them being ACTUALLY FAIR CASES, then its a broken system. People helped your game grow, LISTEN TO THEM. this isn't me begging for my account to be lifted, ill miss it and ust it dearly, but other people should not be made victim by flaws.

An AI May be the one to swing the final ban hammer, but it’s real peoples’ post-game reports that trigger review. If you weren’t consistently irking people to the point that they felt reporting was the correct course of action, you wouldn’t ever be punished.

The current system makes less errors in punishment (both over or under punishing) than the prior systems did.

but it still stands you had an AUTOMATED SYSTEM ban me instead of having both people judged by a human first to decide what happens

do you have any ideea how many humans it would take to manually review the millions upon millions of hourly reports? because they did that once. it was called "the tribunal" and aside from being less trustworthy than the current system, it took literal months for a punishment to happen.

I have no idea who Brock Turner is.

After a google search I'm not seeing any result of Brock Turner that relates at all to league of legends.

Rules are important because they tend to protect the weaker class in the society, as they might be disadvantaged if rules are broken. The case isn't different in this game. That's where riot is coming from.

It's unfortunate, but just try to avoid getting banned

The current system in place has not significantly altered for some time, like years. The rules are pretty plain: use chat appropriately to work with your team. If you were banned, then your chat was either excessively negative or you had ignored prior punishments.

While a bot ultimately judges logs and doles out punishments, when you speak to a support agent, your logs are manually reviewed. You can also share your logs here to be reviewed by other players.
