Has Tyler1 proven to be a reformed player?

As most of the League community knows, Tyler1 was banned recently and uninstalled League of Legends. I understand that he was permabanned so technically this was the logical move, but he has seriously changed and proven to be a reformed player. In one of Phreak's streams he said Tyler1 knows what he needs to do to get unbanned, but even Tyler came out and said he sincerely doesn't know how to get unbanned. He apologized, stop streaming games, and has the backing of Dyrus and other popular LoL streamers that he is indeed no longer toxic, along with his honor level 5. Let's make this a civil discussion explaining why or why not you believe he should be unbanned.

"recently" Na fam he was banned a long WHILE ago, his die hard fans just wont let the story die off.

Also ive seen some of his streams, he is still toxic. Lol

also let me quote myself:

i like t1, i think he is really entertaining, especially because he sucks at games like darksouls, life is strange and basically everything he ever played. but as viewers surely know, right now he plays dota 2... and man is he FUCKING TOXIC in voicechat. not even 4 hours ago he said to a guy in dota2 whos silver to "stfu cause you are nothing but silver".

i really enjoy t1. and i'd love to watch him play LoL again. AND TBH I FEEL LIKE ON STREAM HE WOULD BEHAVE I THINK HE SHOULD GET THE CHANCE! but he still is toxic.

I'm glad that someone added subtitles but as I suspected, this person is having a hard time communicating. This is the kind of person Riot should be attempting to put in real life prison. This isn't the kind of person you simply ban from your video game.

When it comes to Tyler1 like 90% of this boards act like he murdered somebody rofl.

He doesn't ruin games anymore. Just free him already for the people who want to watch him streaming League. Nobody is forced to watch his stream, and nobody is forced to play with him cause I highly doubt that anyone here is playing on the same MMR as him.
