Hello? I was banned for "scripting" unfairly?

I tried logging in today and received a message that my account was banned for scripting. To give some background: I have like 700 games and am still Plat 3. This alone should be proof enough that I'm not scripting, but I'll give some more info.

I have never used any 3rd party software on any league account that I have ever owned. I read the information on https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/225266848-Third-Party-Applicationswebsite and none of the third party applications on there fit into anything that I ever used while playing league. I haven't made any great plays or anything that would even hint at the fact that I used 3rd party software during my league experience. I have a normal Asus mouse that came with my normal Asus laptop and normal Asus keyboard. I don't have any weird systems or hardware attached to my laptop. I literally couldn't tell you the first thing about scripting programs and how they work. I dedicated a lot of time and money on this game to just be banned for what I suspect was a report or something. It's really depressing to think that I'll never be able to look back at all my collectibles, stats, etc. a few years down the line. I sent league a ticket already and am even willing to give them full access to my laptop files or whatever if that helps. I legit have no idea what could have caused this or what I can do about it now.

Edit: Looked through my match history and found 2 unfamiliar ranked games using Orianna on my account. I don't use the champ and the item build is weird for my taste. Is there any way I can prove that it wasn't my IP/computer or something? I believe I was hacked. I have no friends that play league and I've never shared my info with anyone online or otherwise.

If you contact support and tell them very specifically about any and all games that you are convinced someone else played without your permission to the account then there might be some discussion to have with them from there. There's a decent enough chance that they would be able to confirm that the games were played by a different person, but the next part would be arguing whether or not it was done without your permission.

If the location of this unknown user is one that they've identified as one boosting several accounts, you might be out of luck on that front.

Except that's total BS, and you saying that is really suspicious (cause either you are genuinely clueless or you are in bad faith). Scripts aren't a "magic power" that grant someone an instant access to the challenger scene, they are just an unfair advantage that will definitely help you out but WON'T do ALL the work for you, not even close. So you being stuck in p3 doesn't mean a SINGLE THING: that can be TOTALLY your limit, even with those cheats on your side.

The only relevant people you can talk to about this that have any reasonable power & information to decide if the ban was an error or not is Riot support. Scripting bans are not made through reports alone.

Claims that you don't know anything about scripting programs or how they work isn't really that great of a defense considering that all the information that you would ever need is just a google search away.

UPDATE: Contacted support and was unbanned! I just have to provide some info to prove that I'm the original creator! Thank you to everyone that helped! I'm really happy I won't have to start from square 0.
