Where do you sign up for report feedback?
Someone just told me that was a thing and I'd like to sign up for that, but I can't find it.

There actually is a thread somewhere where you could consent to feedback anonymously.
There is nothing to sign up for. If you report someone and they are punished by the Instant Feedback System, then you will be informed of this via a pop-up message in your client. If they are punished manually by a Rioter, then you will never know because Riot doesn't send out messages informing players of manual bans for those that they reported.

I misread what you meant by feeback. Yea you can't really get feedback on other people's punishments, but I am happy to say you can now subject yourself to feedback for your own good.
