Wrongfully banned for the use of third party software?

Today I got the message that my account was banned for the use of third party software. I haven't used or installed any sort of prohibited software on my pc to cheat or gain a competitive advantage in league, or any game for that matter. The only possibility I can think of causing a red flag would be the eyestrain software I use called flux, which changes screen tint. I'm assuming this isn't the issue though. The only other software I use that places an overlay over league is discord.

Has anyone experienced a wrongful ban for third-party software use? I am looking to hear others experiences with this, those that weren't using third-party software of course... Was the mistake fixed? How long did the process take to be fixed?

I am an honest player, who's invested a lot of money and time into league. Also, it sucks to miss out on everything going on in league right now because of a wrongful ban.

Edit: While reading another thread on bans for third party software use, a user suggested checking match history to see if my account was hacked. I found two recent games played, that were not played by me. I know this because I've only been playing tft, and the games played were ranked summoners rift. I guess this complicates things, but if anyone has had a similar experience I'd appreciate hearing the outcome.
